  5. This document MUST acompany Ascii Changer at all times.

  7. This is version 2.1 of ASCII Changer,

  9. Ascii Changer will give you the Ascii value of a character, the octal value of that character, and the Hexadecimal value of that character.

  11. This will be VERY useful for programmers.

  13. This product is shareware. If you use this product for more than 10 days you are inclined to register the product for $3.00 (Please add an extra $5.00 for the code). If you are not happy with it the throw it away, and send us your comments and you could get a free copy.

You may NOT change the software or this ReadMe file in any way, shape, or form. This file may (In fact I WANT you to distribute it) be distrubited through BBS's and Online services (Such as AOL or CI$). This product my NOT be put on any set of shareware disks that will make a profit (Such as Educorp) for the person with out the author's (me) permission.  The code from this product may not be extracted or taken from this program.
